Payment Guidelines

 

Regarding the payment, when you give us a confirmation, we immediately process to arrange all relevant services for your trip. Then you are kindly required to deposit 30% in advance to guarantee the booking
 
We have following terms of payment, you can choose which one is the most appropriate method. Please read it carefully and fell free to ask us if you want further information for clarification.
 
 

1. BY BANK TRANSFER

 
We provide you our bank account and you will transfer the deposit.
 Convenience: Simple procedures: all things to do are available for your banks to transfer the money to our bank. The highest security.
 Inconvenience: High banking fee (sometimes) depending on your banks' activities.

The bank fee will depend on your bank. Normally, it will be around $30usd to transfer from other banks in other countries to Vietnam. 
 
2. BY CREDIT CARD
BY CREDIT CARD USING  VISA , MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, JCB
The payment will be conducted via your Credit card. You will make instant payment online with our secure payment gateway, onepay.vn and Vietcombank, the official representative of Visa, Master, American Express in Vietnam. You will receive our email with a link to make payment, please fulfill our online form and that’s all. 
Convenience: Easy and hassle-free. Low and fixed banking fee (3.5% of the total amount).
Inconvenience: Some people worry about payment online, but we guarantee the security and safety. In addition, if you pay a large amount of money, the fees should be higher than by bank transfer.
 
What to do
Simply give us your following details:
-              Name as on your credit card
-              Your address (that you register with your bank)
-               Your Email address (that you register with your bank)
The banking fee will be 3.5% added to the total amount. Simply follow your payment link sent by our sales executives, fulfill it and once everything is confirmed, you will receive an email of confirmation from our payment Gateway ( Onepay.vn ). Our sales executives will contact you shortly with service vouchers and documents related.
 
3. BY MONEY GRAM SYSTEM
This Term can be applied for Western Union transfer either.
Convenience: Very quick.
Inconvenience: The fee can be high. Check carefully with your bank before you do it, but usually it should be applied if your payment is not high and you need to deposit for urgent services.
 What to do: Please visit the website of this system for your reference at http://www.moneygram.com/ 
You will go to the Money Gram agent nearest to your place and ask them to transfer money to us. Please complete their Sending form and get a “Reference Number”, then send us that Reference Number and other necessary information along with the Receipt.
