We visited Vietnam last year and had Nam at Travel Sense recommended to us. We only visited the South but Nam was so efficient and so responsive to our needs that we decided to return this year and visit the North. We were travelling with our friends who had to cancel at the last minute and Travel Sense refunded their money. We then decided to change our trip and Nam was so cooperative, returning e-mails within the hour and never once saying it was a trouble!

Nam planned a comprehensive, interesting trip, using very good guides and safe drivers. A must for the tourist. Their company is very trustworthy in the sense of refunding when necessary, using quality services and personel. 

Because they are based in Vietnam they know what is quality and not once in 10 pick ups and trips was there problem. They can serve all of Vietnam not just the north. We would recommend them most highly.
