Day 1:       Hanoi

Arrive in Hanoi and check into your hotel.

Day 2 :      Hanoi City                              (B,L)

8.30, meet up with our tour guide at hotel lobby. Start a day visit Hanoi City with the most interesting sights, including: Ho Chi Minh Complex: Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and His Stilt House, Presidential Palace and One Pillar Pagoda. Continue to Temple of Literature. Lunch in local restaurant. In the afternoon visit Ethnology Museum, and after that visit the beautiful West Lake with Tran Quoc Pagoda and Quan Thanh Temple, end of the day by water puppet show. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 3 :      Hanoi – Halong                        (B,L,D)           

8.30, transfer to Halong. About 11.30-12.00, you are welcomed on boat and have set lunch while cruising in the bay. Depends on which cruise you choose, the detailed itinerary will basically included visit Amazing cave, kayaking (extra option), and swimming in crystal water and enjoy the landscape.

Dinner and overnight on the cruise. Overnight on Junk

 

 

Day 4 :      Halong – Hanoi – Ninh Binh    (Brunch)        

Breakfast on boat. Cruise back to Halong City. Our driver is waiting for you to transfer back to Hanoi at about 4pm. Free for your own leisure. Driver picks you up, transfer to Ninh Binh. Overnight in Ninh Binh.

 

 

Day 5:      Ninh Binh – Hue                       (B,L)

8.30, Depart Hanoi for Ninh Binh province and enjoy the drive through the luxurious vegetation of the Red River Delta. Continue on to Hoa Lu, the capital of Vietnam from 968-980.  After that transfer to Tam Coc and take a cruise on sampan to visit karts and the scenery of “Halong Bay on land”. Catching night train to Hue. Overnight on train.

 

 

Day 6 :     Hue City                                  (B,L)

Arrives in Hue. Breakfast at local restaurant and visit Hue – a charming city in the Centre. Start with a boat trip on Huong River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda, after that visit the Old Citadel, explores the last empire of Vietnam. Lunch in Local restaurant. Afternoon visit Minh Mang, Tu Duc and Khai Dinh Tombs. Overnight in Hue

Day 7:       Hue – Hoian                            (B,L)

Today we will transfer through Lang Co beach, Hai Van Pass, Marble Mountain and reach to Danang. Visit Cham Museum and arrive Hoi An in the afternoon. Check in your hotel. The rest of the day free for your to explore. Overnight in Hoi An

 

 

Day 8:       Hoian                                       (B)

Free for your own leisure. Overnight in Hoi An

Option activities:

-           ½ day cooking class

-           ½ day visit Tra Que Vegetable village

-           ½ day lantern making

-           ½ day visit My Son – The Cham Ruins from 13th century

 

 

Day 9:       Hoian – Danang – Nhatrang (B)                    

Transfer to railway station to catch night train to Nha Trang. Overnight in Nha Trang

 

 

Day 10:     Nha Trang                               (B)                 

Pick up from train station to the hotel. Free for your own leisure. Overnight in Nha Trang

 

 

Day 11:      Nha Trang – HCMC                 (B)                  

Transfer by night train to Ho Chi Minh City. Overnight on train

 

 

Day 12:      HCMC                                     (B,L)               

Transfer by night train to Ho Chi Minh City, driver picks you up at train station, transfer to hotel. Check in hotel. Afternoon tour of Saigon including Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Post office, War Remnants Museum, Giac Lam Pagoda, China Town with ancient pagodas and temples and bustling Binh Tay Market. Dinner Cruise on Saigon River. Back to Hotel. Overnight in Saigon

 

 

Day 13 :    HCMC – Cao Dai – Cu Chi       (B,L)               

8.30, drive to Cao Dai Temple in Tay Ninh to observe the midday service. Cao Daism is a combination of Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism and Christianity. After lunch, we drive to Cu Chi Tunnels – the famous base during US – Vietnam war. Back to hotel.

Overnight in Saigon

 

Day 14 :       HCMC – Mekong                      (B,L,D)                       

8.00, tour guide and driver pick you up at hotel. Transfer to Cai Be. Enjoying an interesting Cruise on to visit Cai Be floating market and stop by to visit many of local factories, fruit markets and plantations on the bank. Delicious lunch at a superb Indochinese Villa by the river. Back to Saigon in the afternoon. Dinner in restaurant. Overnight On Sampan

 

Day 15 :    Mekong – HCMC                      (B)                 

Breakfast on sampan, then you will cruise back to the wharf. Transfer to Saigon.

 

Day 16:      HCMC Departure                     (B)                 

Breakfast at hotel. Free until departure to airport for flight home.
