- Communicating with clients, meeting their demands and requirements via emails, phone.
- Making proposal/quotation for clients’ enquiry.
- Advising the best travel solutions (program, activities, accommodation etc) for clients.
- Understanding deeply company’s products and culture to suggest unique itinerary for clients.
- Strive to achieve the highest ratio of conversions vs enquiries.
- Co-operating with the operation and accounting departments to follow up and to ensure the quality of service
- Barchelor’s Degree in English, Tourism or relevant majors
- Male/Female at the age of 22 – 28
- Good attitude, well organized, patience, passion for tourism
- Excellent spoken and written in English
- Experience in tourism/hospitality industry
